Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, for sanitation purposes, all sales are final. In the event that a customer receives the incorrect item or size, an exchange may be processed.

The swimsuit I want is out of stock. How often do you restock? 

We restock quite frequently! Please make sure you’re subscribed to our mailing list as well as turn on post notifications on our Instagram page to be notified first!

Do you have a waitlist for items that are out of stock?

There is no waitlist for out of stock items, however, you may sign up for email notifications when that particular style is restocked.

I am unsure of what size swimsuit I should order. What sizes do you offer?

We offer up to size 36F bra size in bikini tops (L-3XL) & up to size 22-24 in bikini bottoms/one pieces (L-3XL).

I am a size large top, but a size 2XL bottom. Do you offer size differentials?

We do offer top & bottom differentials. Please reach out to us prior to ordering so that a note can be made on your order. if you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.

I placed an order, but did not receive a confirmation number. What should I do?

Please check all email inboxes, including spam, for order confirmation. If it is not there, please reach out to customer support for more assistance.

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, once the delivery carrier has picked up & scanned the item, it is no longer our responsibility. Please contact them directly for further tracking assistance. 

I placed an order, but never received it. What should I do?

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact customer support. We do provide insurance for all Wicked Swim items.

I placed an order via the Shop Pay installment plan. Can my order be modified?

Unfortunately, due to Shop Pay’s guidelines, wicked swim is unable to modify an order once it has been paid via shop pay. Please verify all order details prior to checking out.

I placed an order for the Crushed Ice swimsuit and the Fantasy Shorts, but I no longer want the shorts. Can I cancel them?

No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Size modifications may be accepted at Wicked Swim’s discretion.
